Tracks Fabi and Nelson are joined with just about every bit of road surfaced used. Also referred to as the "SMP Long" track. Length is 4.03 km (2.50 miles). Start/finish is on Nelson Track.

Turn 1

Corner 1 is a long sweeper at the west end of the short straight. It has a long apex zone. Many people do not get very close to the turtles at the apex, get in there. High speed corner. Some run off here but a wall beyond. Exit at the extreme left edge of the track surface for a long straight. 4th gear.

Passing zone for intermediate or advanced drivers between 1 and 2.

Turn 2

Medium sweeper, 90° or more, don't take it too fast. Brake hard in a straight line on the extreme left edge of the track. Don't apex early. There's a change in pavement near the apex. Exits into a short straight. Try to exit at the mid-point of the straight. Get to the left edge of the track. 3rd or 2nd gear.

Turn 3

Another right-hand corner, a bit blind. Over 90°. If you did 2 right, you should be able to brake in a straight line on left edge. Tap-n-go. You should exit near the end of the curbing.

Turn 4

The "Moss Carousel" (see the Nelson description) continues around further, becoming a sweeping never-ending hairpin. It's around 180°. So you need a later apex than if on the Nelson circuit. There's another apex. Keep the power on, in fact, between the two apexes, you should be accelerating hard to point the car. Let car track out to right side of track then keep steering frozen. Surprising acceleration can be applied beyond apex to push car to right edge of track leading into 5.

Turn 5

Sweeper left. You're going much faster than if you were driving the Fabi circuit. You might need a throttle lift to get the turn-in to work. Long apex zone. Unwind in straight.

General passing zone between 5 and 6.

Turn 6

Arguably a double apex. Some call this Fabi's carousel. Hard brake, smooth transition to throttle at turn-in for 6a. Make turn-in smooth to first apex. Freeze steering input. Car will drift out between apexes, don't fight it. Then again, there are marbles and dirt at outer edge. Lift-throttle-oversteer works well between a and b to point car into exit and tiny straight after 6b. Once straight, add a bit more throttle. 3rd gear. This is something of a throw-away corner as the setup for 7 is very important...

Turn 7

Another fairly hard turn here. Increasing radius. Apex is later than it looks. Earlier? Exit is a little uneven, don't get too close too it. Down the chute! 3rd gear.

Turn 8

There are a couple of lines through here. There's a little straight after the exit. The popular one at medium speed is to enter straight after corner parallel to road at extreme right edge, i.e. an incredibly late apex. So stay a bit wide. Improves exit and entrance into next corner. Beginning with this corner through 10, this feels like a combination. Give good throttle through exit. 3rd or 2nd gear. The aggressive style is to attack the apex earlier and let the car drift wide or left but then quickly pull it in.

Turn 9

Brake in straight line into turn-in. Optionally, down-shift to 2 before turn-in. Another fairly sharp turn-in. Watch for black marks. Change in pavement at apex. Car wants to slip to right edge, a lot of drivers pull it in to the left. Quick little throttle here. On exit, straight-line to turn-in of 10. If you didn't down-shift before 9, get it down now, more technical though.

Turn 10

Hairpin right onto straight. Maybe be slowest corner. Requires great discipline, great patience. Slow in... Very demanding turn-in, may require hand repositioning (but try to avoid that). Change in pavement at apex. Late apex is better than early. 2nd gear, Up-shift twice down main straight. Race cars do this in 1st gear.

General passing zone between 10 and 11. This straight is parallel to the 401, just to the north. Good time to check the gauges.

Turn 11

A small sweeper right at the east end of the drag strip, can be taken at fairly high speed. Hard braking from straight-away. Down shift early, get it done early. Apex turtles are quite tall don't ride up on them. 3rd gear.

Turn 12

Rather than travel right through Fabi 2, you jog right then slip into a fast straight back toward Nelson. This turns the corner into a fast tap-n-go chicane. 3rd gear.

Turn 13

"Allen's Corner." This hard left connects back onto Nelson. Surprisingly slow. There's a bump or shift in pavement before the turn-in that unsettles the car during hard-braking.

Turn 14

Nelson 7. This is harder than on Nelson as you're approaching from "Allen's Corner." It's over 100° now.
